Who will strengthen the father, whose son is now gone
Who will wipe away the tears, that fall without ceasing
Who will heal the soul that cries out, for understanding and reason
Who will embrace the family, who's left with only the memory of a face
Who will ease the pain, of the hearts that have now been broken
Who will silence the voices, of the words unable to be spoken
Who is left to tuck in, say prayers, kiss goodnight
Who removes this darkness, where there once shone a light
Who replaces the image, of the lifeless children scattered about
Who explains to a brother or sister, why theirs never came out
Who finds the silver lining, in a cloud that's never been so dark
Who brings closure to the grieved, who never expected to start...
