CycleINPlace opened its door in Newtown, CT on Sat. January18th. CycleINPlace is located at 274 South Main Street, Newtown, CT (Pub 25, Plaza). Our brand new studio has 25 state of the art Cycles with monitors and stadium- tiered seating along with spa like bathrooms.
Specially trained instructors lead cycling classes with motivational music and choreographed workout sets. Indoor Cycling burns 400 -800 calories per ride, conditions your core and improves fitness.
CycleINPlace is the creation of Molly Basak-Smith and Mitzi Hayes. The both wanted to create a small boutique Indoor Cycling Studio where they could share their passion for health and fitness.
