The Newtown Varsity Cheerleaders are helping support animals in need in Newtown. They have baked and will be selling home made Dog Treats to raise money for the following causes in Newtown. Spay & Neuter Association who can provide assistance to get your pet spayed or neutered and The Newtown Dog Pound , who has a trainer to provide transitional training to dogs adopted from our Dog Pound.
The Cheerleaders will be selling these home made treats for $5.00 a bag at Blue and Gold Stadium home football games .
There will also be a collection bin for anyone wishing to contribute can dog or cat food which will be delivered to the Food Pantry assisting Newtown families feed their beloved pets.
