In order to help those without communications services in our Connecticut communities, we have opened our Newtown office located at 9 Commerce Road, as an Internet hot spot to area residents hit hard by Sandy so they can email friends and family.
We will work with customers who contact us
about their situation; providing credits for the duration of their time without Charter services.
