Therapy Dogs, Lacrosse and Ukulele Tuesday in Newtown

A very busy schedule for an eventful day.

There's music and stories for kids, Lacrosse for teens and a beer tasting for adults on the schedule for Newtown Tuesday. Take a look at what's going on around town:

Comfort Dogs: Camp Bow Wow and the Bow Wow Buddies program present these two loving therapy dogs for kids at the library. Kids can come for storytime and meet Cashew and Nutmeg! Read more about the dogs in Newtown Patch's story.

Ukulele Camp: A simple, fun instrument for budding young musicians. Kids ages 6-10 can learn this wonderful string instrument with a three-day music camp at SOUND music studios, starting Tuesday. See link for details.

Boys Lacross Clinic: Newtown Youth Academy is hosting a three-day clinic starting Tuesday to learn the fundamentals of lacrosse from Greenwich's high school boys lacrosse coach. See link for details.

Sebago Release Party: Sample the new Bonfire Rye-P-A and other Sebago varieties at My Place Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. Also features live accordion music.

Farmers' Market: Get fresh fruits and vegetables or other natural treats at the Newtown Farmers' Market at Fairfield Hills from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
