So I am confused, we don't want to clog the town with Media or well wishers dropping off toys andRead More the such ... but this is a good idea?

Here's our answer from the doctor who visited the park in Peru and observed the cats living there:Read More I doubt the cats are spayed or neutered. I saw a lot of the male cats spraying plants (something only unneutered males do). However, I did not examine or pet the cats (don't know the rabies vaccine status, and I did not want to harass the cats) so I do not know for sure.

I did a quick search online and found more info on the park - it's definitely an interesting place!
