7:30 p.m. BOARD OF SELECTMEN (Muncipal Center): Implementation plan for Plan of Conservation Development; Fund Balance policy; Capital Improvement Plan; appointments/reappointments; tax refunds; Right of Way Resolution regarding replacement bridge on Walnut Tree Hill Road over the Pootatuck River; Municipal Solid Waste Collector Registration Resolution; and other matters.

5 p.m. PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION **SPECIAL MEETING** (Municipal Center): Workshop and discussion with developers, builders and engineers concerning conservation subdivisions. Invited to attend are members of the Conservation Commission, Economic Development Commission, Inland Wetlands Commission and Board of Selectman.

6:30 p.m. P&R DOG PARK SUBCOMMITTEE (Municipal Center): no agenda given/check with town clerk

7 p.m. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION (Municipal Center): no agenda given/check with town clerk

7:30 p.m. BOARD OF EDUCATION (Municipal Center) Executive session starts at 7 p.m. where candidate for Special Education Supervisor will be interviewed. Public session starts at 7:30 p.m. to vote on candidate; reports, including financial and CMT/CAPT district results; middle school roof update; discussion and possible vote on make-up days for delayed start of school; adopt 2012-13 budget development calendar; discussion on new anti-bullying legislation; executive session on contracts for superintendent, assistant superintendent and director of business; and public session for vote on contracts.

7:30 p.m. NEWTOWN PENSION COMMITTEE **SPECIAL MEETING** (Municipal Center): Correspondence, approval of bills, reports or requests from retirees and annual presentation by Westport Resources

7 p.m. BOROUGH ZONING COMMISSION (Edmond Town Hall): no agenda given/check with town clerk.

7 p.m. LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL (Municipal Center): Committee and first selectman reports; report and discussion only on commercial/industrial properties by economic and community development director; end of fiscal year 2010 transfers

7:30 p.m. FAIRFIELD HILLS AUTHORITY (C.H. Booth Library meeting room): Reports/recommendations from first selectman, property manager, broker (who will present drawings for a possible proposed office/retail building), chairman, and economic and community development director (who will give an update on outdoor performing arts center); committee reports; update on Newtown Ambulance Association request for lease; Eagle Scout project; estimated timeline for completion of security lights and camera project; cost estimates for possible removal of porches on campus; process for broker selection update; follow-up to requested work the public works department will do on the campus; and other matters.
