Jennifer Gaskins, co-owner of Farming 101 in Newtown, was among the 11 winners of an ice cream naming contest sponsored by The Farmer's Cow, a group of local dairy farms that sell under that name. Each of the winners will receive a summer's supply of The Farmer's Cow Ice Cream.
